Access to the Prints and Drawings Rooms
- Both Print Rooms are in the Clore Gallery at Tate Britain.
- All visitors are asked to make an appointment in advance.
- First time visitors are required to complete a registration
form and to produce proof of identity, with either a passport
/ national identity card, a driving licence, student card or an
official letter showing permanent address.
- Visitors are permitted to handle mounted works on paper but
access to very fragile items such as bound sketchbooks is restricted.
It is possible to view images contained within sketchbooks in
reproductions or on microfilm.
- We can accommodate study groups, limited to twelve persons per
group.
- There is wheelchair access to the Prints and Drawings Room via
the Clore Gallery lift.
