About

Launched in spring 2004, Tate Papers
aims to reflect the breadth of research undertaken at Tate. It features
scholarly articles written by staff and by external contributors, and
is published in the spring and autumn of each year.
The articles cover a wide range of subjects associated with Tate’s
diverse programmes and activities. These include art and archives in Tate’s
collection, artists
and art theory,
conservation,
museology
and visual
culture.
