Delivery
Delivery Times
All items are usually despatched within 3 working days after an order has been placed. We aim to deliver within 3–5 working days for UK orders, within 7–14 days for European destinations and within 12–24 days for the rest of the world
Standard UK delivery is sent by Royal Mail, these are usually received 2–3 days after dispatch from our warehouse
Delivery Restrictions
We deliver anywhere in the world but our policy is to not delivery to PO Box addresses, due to courier restrictions
Delivery Costs
To check delivery costs add items to your basket and select ‘My Basket’. Under the list of items there is an option ‘Delivery For’. Select the country the order will be delivered to and choose between standard delivery or courier to track your order in the UK. All orders outside of the UK are sent by courier and delivery prices will be shown when the country is selected.

International Shipping
If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Tate Online refers each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Delivery of Posters
Posters are sent out separately from other items due to the nature of packaging required. As a result, posters may not arrvie at the same time as other items ordered at the same time. If the other items in your order have not arrived within two days please contact customer services.
