Placing an Order
Gift Orders
If you would like to order something to be sent to a different name and address from your billing address, please contact customer services. Quote the customer order number with the name and address of where you would like the delivery dispatched to and your order will be amended.

Product Availability
If Tate Enterprises Ltd (TEL) has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered we will inform you by e-mail at the address given in your order to advise you of a new availability date or to offer a full refund. These will be credited to your account within 30 days of the date of your order.
VAT
15% VAT applies on prices within Tate Online Shop from 1 December 2008 in line with government policy.
Pre-Orders
You can now pre-order many forthcoming exhibition catalogues. Your order will be dispatched as soon as stock is available. Simply add the pre-order item(s) to your basket and checkout.
Please note, payment for items on pre-order will be taken when the order is placed through the website.
Other items purchased in the same order which are in stock, will be dispatched immediately.
Ordering posters
Posters are sent out separately from other items due to the nature of packaging required. As a result, posters may not arrvie at the same time as other items ordered at the same time. If the other items in your order have not arrived within two days please contact customer services.
