Late at Tate Britain is the perfect opportunity to explore art after hours
Enjoy a vibrant mix of music, workshops, talks, special guests and DJs, live performance and debate, all taking inspiration from artwork in the Tate Collection.
Late at Tate returns to Tate Britain this season with a new series of free events curated by young people. The gallery will open its doors after-hours on the first Friday of October, November and December. This season is inspired by the theme of ‘Status’, and each event will explore a different idea: Power (October), Body (November) and Celebrity (December). The series will explore representations of status and its parallels with the Tate Collection, from historic royalty to YouTube fame.
Late at Tate Britain is curated by Tate Collective London as part of the Circuit programme. Tate Collective London run free events and festivals for young people aged 15–25 to experiment, create and innovate through art and ideas.
