Enjoy the Hockney exhibition followed by Californian wine tasting and a four course meal

The evening will start with canapes, aperitif and chance to view to view the incredibly popular David Hockney exhibition

Dinner will follow in the iconic Rex Whistler restaurant, alongside a selection of stunning wines from California a region that has so often inspired the artist. These will include some aged bottles from Tate’s cellars and our Sommeliers will be on hand to guide you through this diverse region. 

Charred California Pepper, cream cheese, tomato salsa, avocado

Loch Duart Salmon, salt-baked beetroot, horseradish, leeks

45 day dry aged rump of beef, red wine brisket

Caramelised banana tarte tatin, peanut butter ice cream, dark chocolate
