Personal journeys

Although the exhibition is organised chronologically, its layout offers more than one route through it. We’ve spoken to three people with different experiences of migration to Britain: Bonnie Greer playright and novelist, Michael Rosen broadcaster, children’s novelist and poet and Shami Chakrabarti Director of human rights organisation Liberty and followed their personal journeys around the exhibition.

Timeline

Migrations takes us on a journey through British art from 1500 to the present day.
