This month we bring the tap takeover into the sunshine for a special alfresco edition with Wild Beer's Pop-up roof terrace bar outside Tate Modern. Expect special beer releases by Wild Beer and food produce from the South West including west country cheddar. With seating space for you and your friends to enjoy a refreshing alfresco pint by the river, what more could you ask for?
West Beer Co
Based in Somerset and founded in 2013 to explore the realms of taste and flavour in brewing, the Wild Beer Co specialises in mixed fermentation and barrel-ageing alongside brewing a range of everyday pale ales and IPAs. Their aim is to brew beer that’s exciting, wild beer with character, complexity and taste.
Beers wise, Shika is their new dry hopped lager which will be making its London preview, there’s a chance to sample Breakfast Of Champignons 2018; Wild Beer’s ode to the chanterelle mushroom, and a welcome return to the spicy sourness of Tom Yum Gose. Wild gins Sleeping Lemons and Shnoodlepip (inspired by the Wild beers of the same name and flavour concept) will also be present as will the full can range with NEIPA Nebula and umami inspired Yokai beers.
