The drawing is a slight continuation from folio 37 verso opposite (D08919; CXXV 36a). It shows the coast of Mount’s Bay receding to the south-east, apparently with Cudden Point on the left and in the distance the profile of the headlands from Mullion Bay to the Lizard at the southern tip of Cornwall, some sixteen miles away.
