Accepted by the nation as part of the Turner Bequest 1856
Compare the watercolour painted by John Robert Cozens (1752–1797) for Ozias Humphry (1742–1810) in 1780.1 For another copy from a 1780 watercolour by Cozens see folio 50 recto (D36463).
