This is the right half of a double-page spread continued from folio 293 recto opposite (D11892), taken from above the Sutton Bank road, looking north to Whitestone Cliff above left. The spread is the first of three in this sketchbook (see also, numbered from the back, folios 292 recto–291 verso, D11890–D11889; and folios 291 recto–290 verso, D11888–D11887) recording the whole panorama from north to south on Sutton Bank.
