Finberg thought the subject here was Bideford,1 but the topography of this faint drawing is unclear. There seems to be a coast with headlands beyond (compare folio 72 recto; D09557), which would not fit with Bideford (see under folio 79 recto; D09564), but the scene may be somewhere along the north Devon coast nearby.
