Inverted relative to the sketchbook’s foliation, this drawing appears to show the square towers of All Saint’s Church, Fulham on the far left and St Mary’s, Putney towards the centre, on either side of Old Putney Bridge. The viewpoint, as on adjacent pages, is the south bank of the River Thames at Barnes, looking south-east.
