Inverted relative to the sketchbook’s foliation, this is a continuation of the main part of the view on folio 68 recto opposite (D22103; Turner Bequest CCXXXVIII 66), under which the subject is discussed. On the present page the Sharington Range on the east side of Dudley Castle is seen on the skyline, with a detail of the ruins above.
