The subject is drawn with the page turned horizontally. This is one of seven studies of Harewood Castle in this book; see under folio 71 recto (D00976; Turner Bequest XXXIV 67). A similar view to that on folio 73 recto (D00978; Turner Bequest XXXIV 69), though the buildings are more distant and the angle is very slightly different.
