This is one of three drawings that Turner made at Beverley; another is folio 83 recto (D00989; Turner Bequest XXXIV 79) and a third is on a loose sheet (Tate D01108; Turner Bequest XXXVI N).
This page was cut out and has been reinserted in the wrong place: it belongs after folio 82 (D00988, D40562; Turner Bequest XXXIV 78 and verso), as is shown by the sketch on the verso (D40566), a continuation of the drawing on D00989.
