Continuing on folio 52 recto opposite (D01546; Turner Bequest XL 50), this subject is difficult to identify, but may be a view in the valley of the Taff, or on the Tywi near Llandeilo; see folios 53 verso–54 recto (D01548–D01549; Turner Bequest XL 51a–52). The wooded hill is similar to that on which Dynevor Castle stands, just west of Llandeilo, though no castle is visible here.
