Here Turner records two harbour scenes, possibly taken at Calais (see Tate D20077; Turner Bequest CCXVI 268a). There is also an arithmetical sum inscribed at the top right of the page when the sketchbook is orientated in accordance with the foliation. It may be associated with the accounts written on Tate D20079–D20080; Turner Bequest CCXVI 269a–270. The sum is a simple addition, with another numeral written below. It is transcribed thus:
