With the page turned vertically, the rapid main view shows the Château de Dieppe to the north-west. Its relationship to the smaller architectural sketches around it is unclear.
There is a similar view on folio 60 recto (D35593); the area around the viewpoint has since been much rebuilt. See under folio 31 recto (D35541) for other Dieppe views.
Technical notes:
There is some brown staining at the gutter, possibly indicating water damage in the 1928 Tate flood.
