With the sketchbook turned horizontally, Turner filled this page with a list of semi-decipherable French proper names and a sketch of the square in front of the Cathedral of Saint-Corentin in Quimper. This volume is scattered with depictions of this Brittany city, a list of which is included in the sketchbook introduction.
