Here Turner records three prospects of a distant shoreline with lightships, buildings and boats. The location is possibly near Swinemünde (now Swinoujscie) on the Baltic Sea (depicted on the folio opposite: Tate D31112; Turner Bequest CCCVII 47). The tops of one of the lightships and boat masts are extended on CCCVII 47.
