This page contains a sketch, of a church tower. Finberg noted it simply as ‘Church spire’,1 but the location has subsequently been identified as Lillebonne.2 Turner depicts the decoration of the tower in some detail, which renders the church identifiable as the sixteenth-century3 Church of Notre-Dame.
