With the Launch of Edward Burne-Jones at Tate Britain, restaurant Head Chef Alfio Laudani has created a multi-course tasting menu to be enjoyed in the restaurant with dishes inspired by the mid-1800's Victorian era.
This period had a huge influence on British cooking and food, this era saw meals served by course rather than all at once. And new ingredients arrived in Britain from across the world.
