​Join us and legendary French Chef, Pierre Koffmann for a special evening at Tate Britain

To celebrate the closing weekend of The EY Exhibition: Impressionists in London, we are delighted to announce a special collaboration with Pierre Koffmann, the chef recognised for setting the standards of French cuisine in Britain.

This is a special opportunity to sample dishes from one of the leading French chefs to work in Britain over the last 40 years. An ‘Evening with Pierre Koffmann’ will invite guests to enjoy a private view of the exhibition, drinks and canapes, followed by a four course dinner with wine pairings at the Rex Whistler Restaurant.

The menu has been drawn from the Classic Koffmann recipe book, with dishes taken from Koffman’s repertoire throughout his incredible career. Expect signature dishes synonymous with Koffmann, including renowned creations Pied de Couchon and Pistachio Soufflé which remained on the menu from the time Koffmann opened Le Tante Claire in 1977 to when his restaurant at The Berkley closed its doors in 2016.
