For this event we are delighted that our Head Chef Alfio Laudani is working with his father Guiseppe Laudani, himself a recognised Chef in their native Sicily. They have worked together to create an authentic Sicilian Menu to celebrate the evening.
The event will commence with a tour led by Tate guides, highlighting Italian inspired Artworks in the galleries. After dinner, chefs Alfio and Guiseppe will hold a question and answer session with guests in the restaurant.
To accompany dinner and complete the experience we have selected a range of superb Italian Wines from our cellars to accompany the dinner. Guests can also order from our extensive wine cellar with a specially prepared selection of Italian Wines by the bottle. This will be shared 1 week prior to the event for anyone who wishes to pre-order wines.
