Library and Archive Show and Tell: David King Collection

David King Collection, 1917

Explore objects from the extraordinary collection of photographer and graphic designer David King

Comprising nearly 200,000 separate items relating to the history of the Soviet Union, the David King Collection is now catalogued, repackaged and ready for public access.

To celebrate this incredible acquisition and work behind the scenes, the Show and Tell will feature displays of photographs, books, magazines, and objects (including busts of Chairman Mao and badges), as well as presentations on David King and his collection.

Material has been selected by Andrey Lazarev (Library Cataloguer), Anna Golodnitsky (Serials Librarian), Chiara Raponi (Processing Assistant), and Peter Eaves (Archive Cataloguer).
