Enjoy brunch in the Tate Liverpool Café with the sounds of acoustic jazz

Join us for Sunday brunch in our Café every month.

The menu features brunch classics such as poached eggs with smoked salmon and American-style pancakes alongside our seasonal lunch menu.

The next Jazz Brunch (November) will feature live music performed by The Deportees.

Relax in our Café, surrounded by the colourful design of Sir Peter Blake, whilst listening to hot jazz, ragtime and popular tunes. The perfect way to help you ease your way into Sunday.

Biographies

The Deportees are a Liverpool based jazz band consisting of musicians from the UK, Europe, the United States. and Iran. Their compositions and improvising reflect a range of musical influence from American and European Jazz, Blues, Latin American music, and the Avant Garde.

Jazzophonists are a Liverpool based group of young jazz musicians formed by saxophonist Cian Radcliffe in 2018. The band draws upon a wide range of jazz influences, from Charlie Parker and John Coltrane to more modern jazz artists.

Green Tangerines deliver a 70s inspired blend of Jazz and Funk. This five piece are hard hitting, with punchy brass and a driving rhythm section.
