Martin Smith Jazz Band Performing as part of It Don’t Mean a Thing if it Ain’t Got That Swing!

Join us in Tate Liverpool's café for an enjoyable, early evening of big-band sounds from the Martin Smith Band, performing a vibrant mix of swing and early jazz.  Expect to hear the songs made famous by musicians such as Miles Davis and Glenn Miller alongside other much loved favourites.

Be sure to visit the Very Big Catwalk, 17.00 at Liverpool's Pier Head, an attempt to smash the Guinness World Record for the 'Most Models on a Catwalk', followed by the Very Big After Party at 20.00.

These events are a part of Vintage on the Dock, celebrating decades of British cool as part of the Transatlantic 175 celebrations. Explore music, fashion, art, design, film and food in and around the Albert Dock.  Transatlantic 175 is the spectacular finale of Liverpool’s One Magnificent City celebrations.
