All delegates attending our conference Glamorama! are invited to join us for a buffet dinner at Camp and Furnace.

Sweetcorn and goat’s cheese soup – warm parsley bread (V)
Confit duck leg – warm apples, plums and shallots – red wine
Braised lamb shoulder shepherd’s pie – smoked cheese mashed potato – pickled carrots
Wild mushroom lasagne – truffle and mustard veloute – toasted pine nuts (V)
Lemon cheesecake – ginger and vanilla syrup – sticky lemons
Chocolate torte – marinated strawberries – mint
