Yin Yoga, brunch and Bonnard

© Dan Weill

Join us for a morning yin yoga session with Frame, followed by brunch and access to The C C Land Exhibition: Pierre Bonnard

This slow yin yoga flow is the perfect way to relax your mind and begin your weekend. In the surrounds of Tate Modern’s East Room with natural daylight and floor to ceiling windows, wake up the body by linking slow breath to movement, and take in spectacular views overlooking St Paul's and the Thames. After yoga enjoy a slow brunch then continue into the gallery to view the The CC Land Exhibition: Pierre Bonnard.

Yin Yoga has transformative effects on the body and mind. It prepares the mind for longer and better-quality meditation practices and draws the mind inward into a relaxed state. The poses are soothing and calming and allow your body to release any physical and emotional tension. This hour-long class will focus on calming the mind and stretching the body. Suitable for all levels, no need to bring a mat just your good vibes.
