Rise and Shine Yoga Brunch

Join us for morning yoga and brunch in collaboration with Frame

This gentle energising flow is the perfect way to start your weekend. In the surrounds of Tate Modern’s East Room with natural daylight and floor to ceiling windows, wake up the body by linking breath to movement, and take in spectacular views overlooking St Pauls and the Thames.

The hour-long class will focus on strength, mobility and relaxation. Suitable for all levels, no need to bring a mat just you and your good vibes.

After the class enjoy a special brunch set menu at the Kitchen and Bar restaurant followed by the option to view The EY Exhibition Picasso 1932 – Love, Fame, Tragedy. Expect to leave feeling revived, nourished and ready to explore the gallery.
