As part of the Olafur Eliasson exhibition, the SOE Kitchen and Jon Atashroo have collaborated on a a three course vegetarian menu. They have worked together to develop a series of vegetarian dishes made from sustainable, seasonal, mostly organic ingredients. Jon spent a week in Berlin exchanging ideas and approaches with the SOE Kitchen team, developing the seasonal menus that will be on offer throughout the exhibition.
In 1995, Olafur Eliasson founded Studio Olafur Eliasson in Berlin. Today it comprises of more than one hundred team members, including craftsmen, architects, archivists, researchers, administrators, programmers, art historians, and specialized technicians.
