Bruce Nauman inspired Dining

a view of multiple plates of different sizes taken from above

Enjoy a menu inspired by Bruce Nauman whilst taking in Panoramic views of London and the river Thames

We’ll be serving a menu that draws inspiration from Bruce Nauman’s time living, studying and working in California. There will be sourdough of course, and in the spirit of the State’s farm to plate ethos expect organic squashes from our friends at Forge Farm along with meat of impeccable provenance, HG Walter flat-iron steaks.

It's not just about the food, our beers embrace the glories of hop forward West Coast brewing and we’ve dug around in Tate’s cellars for a fantastic selection of Californian wines.

The Nauman bundle includes exhibition ticket and 3 courses - £38.25 / £25.95 Members
