Hosted on the terrace enjoying stunning sea views, Head Chef Ian Lucas will re-create some of the dishes developed during his 15 years as Executive Chef in the Caribbean.
Guests will enjoy a Caribbean BBQ accompanied by a playlist of Cuban, Colombian, Reggae and Calypso music.

PETREL is a small batch botanical Rum made completely from scratch at the Fal River Distillery. Fermented, distilled and barrelled on the Cornish coast. Traditionally distilled with a modern twist of Maple, Rosemary and Oak.
