Enjoy an evening of Caribbean food, drinks and music overlooking the beautiful Porthmeor Beach at sunset

Enjoy a feast for the senses as you indulge in the tastes and sounds of the Caribbean as the sun sets over Porthmeor Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Hosted on the terrace enjoying stunning sea views, Head Chef Ian Lucas will re-create some of the dishes developed during his 15 years as Executive Chef in the Caribbean.

Guests will enjoy a Caribbean BBQ accompanied by a playlist of Cuban, Colombian, Reggae and Calypso music.
