Finberg listed this with the Dover drawings discussed elsewhere in the present section of the catalogue; but it appears to show a river bank rather than a sea-harbour. It is perhaps a scene on the Thames above London. There is a slight sketch of timbers above the main view.

Blank; a smear of thin paint; stamped in brown ink with Turner Bequest monogram.
