With the sketchbook inverted is the continuation of a sketch of Ashestiel from the opposite bank of the River Tweed (see folio 88; D26089; CCLXVII 90). On the present page can be seen the wooded banks of the Tweed with Ashestiel Farm and Middle Hill.
