Cecilia Powell notes this as a list of projected subjects for a series of views along the Rhine which were to have been engraved from watercolours commissioned by W.B. Cooke,1 although the project was abandoned at an early stage owing to the appearance elsewhere of a similar publication, as discussed under folio 7 recto (D13763).
Descending along the right-hand edge relative to this list (inverted along the bottom edge in terms of the foliation) is a shorter note in pencil:

Finberg suggests ‘Soup’ as the penultimate word. In itself the reading seems feasible, but it appears unlikely in the context.
