Eddie Peake: Art in Action

Artist Eddie Peake discusses his commission for The Tanks: Art in Action programme

London-based artist Eddie Peake talks about the process behind his new performance. Peake’s ‘bodies’ become both sculptural and sexual objects via choreographed actions, encouraging the audience to give in to voyeuristic desire.

Peake was invited to create a new performative work as part of The Tanks: Art in Action programme in 2912. TateShots spoke to him during rehearsals.

Please note: This video contains scenes of a sexual nature
