Terrick WILLIAMS 1860–1936
Landscape and marine painter in oil, pastel and watercolour. Born 20 July 1860 in Liverpool. Studied in Antwerp under Charles Verlat and in Paris under Benjamin Constant, Bouguereau and Robert-Fleury. Exhibited at the R.A. from 1891; A.R.A. 1924, R.A. 1933. R.O.I. 1901, P.R.I. 1933. Painted mainly in Cornwall, Brittany and Venice. Died 20 July 1936 in Plymouth. Memorial exhibition at the Fine Art Society 1937.
