Catalogue entry

As discussed in the introduction, most of the drawings in this book are rapid figure studies, many of which are explicitly erotic; others may be similar in intent, but are difficult to make out. Here a fully clothed woman stands on the left, with a naked or near-naked woman kneeling near the centre and perhaps covering her face with her hands, while a somewhat indeterminate figure with legs apart reclines beside her.
