Blind-stamped with the Turner Bequest monogram, lower right of centre
 
Accepted by the nation as part of the Turner Bequest 1856
The same building probably appears, from a different angle, on folio 8 of the sketchbook (D05625). The location is unidentified.
The bottom left corner of the leaf has been torn and repaired; the inscription and stamp are on the original paper, just above the repair.
