There are two slight profiles of coasts, one above the other. It is likely that together they form a view of a wide bay or estuary, with the lower drawing being a continuation to the right of the upper view. ‘P’ might indicate Plymouth, suggesting a view from the northern shores of Plymouth Sound, with Mount Batten to the east (above) and Mount Edgcumbe to the west (below).
