The Exmouth side of the Exe Estuary is seen to the east from the neighbourhood of Cockwood on the western shore. Neighbouring views run from folio 66 verso (D08489; CXXIII 63a) to the verso of the present leaf (D08495).
Technical notes:
There is extensive offsetting from the ink inscription on folio 68 verso opposite (D08493; CXXIII 65a).
