This page contains several rough studies of flowers, plants and leaves, accompanied with various annotated notes on colour. There is also a small landscape view which Turner’s inscription suggests may depict Jesi near Ancona, see also folio 36 (D13928). Also on the sheet, parallel with the right-hand edge, are caricature sketches of two male heads in profile.
