This page contains a schematic view of the city of Lyon seen from the heights of the Fourvière Hill to the west. The largest dome visible on the horizon represents the historic hospital of Hôtel Dieu on the peninsula known as Presqu’île. For further sketches of Lyon see folio 51 (D14071).
