i. (top) The Porte de Mars at Reims; the same site is drawn in greater detail from a viewpoint further right on the verso (D29165; Turner Bequest CCXCIII 68a).
ii. A very scrappy sketch of mountains, probably on the Col du Bonhomme route.
iii. The church at ‘Contamines’, looking up the valley towards Mont Joli and the Col du Bonhomme.
