This appears to be Austin’s Bridge, crossing the River Dart among trees east of Buckfastleigh, as shown on adjacent pages; see the entry for the recto (D09750).
The drawing is limited to the top right quarter of the page, and is framed by horizontal and vertical pencil lines. There are various pages in this sketchbook where the page has been divided and filled with small sketches, some of which are repeated as full-page views. This is also the case here, with a larger drawing of the bridge on folio 64 recto opposite (D09752).
