Join us for a hands-on workshop at Tate Modern's Corner Bar, where you'll dive into the fascinating world of mushroom cultivation. Whether you're a beginner or an enthusiast, this evening workshop is the perfect opportunity to pick up new skills that you can take home. Under the expert guidance of the Caley Brothers, renowned for their award-winning edible and medicinal mushrooms, you’ll learn the basics of growing your own.
During the session, you’ll create your very own mushroom grow kit, and receive a tote bag to take your kit home to nurture and harvest. Our hands-on workshop will give you a great introduction to the world of mushroom growing. You will be taught the basics of mushroom cultivation and will get to making your very own mushroom grow kit that you will go on to grow and harvest at home.
All Tate Modern entrances are step-free. You can enter via the Turbine Hall and into the Natalie Bell Building on Holland Street, or into the Blavatnik Building on Sumner Street.
There are lifts to every floor of the Blavatnik and Natalie Bell buildings. Alternatively you can take the stairs.
- Fully accessible toilets are located on every floor on the concourses.
- A quiet room is available to use in the Natalie Bell Building on Level 4.
- Ear defenders can be borrowed from the Ticket desks.
