As confirmed by A.G.H. Bachrach1 this sketch is of Antwerp as the Cathedral of Our Lady, and its two towers appear in the background here and on folio 6 recto opposite (D13006) where the subject is extended. The view is from the Groenplaats, shown crowded with people, mostly women, one of whom is with a baby in a pram.
