With the page turned vertically, at the top is a slight study of a silhouetted figure in a sailing boat, possibly with an oar extended into the water. At the centre right is the outline of a boat under sail, seen from the front. At the gutter is a slight continuation from the horizontal view of an interior on folio 3 recto opposite (D17995).
